Torque Up is back for Season 4, with Owen from OM Electrical joining Will, Jay and Jimbo for a conversation about social media, self employment and what it really takes to build an electrical business.

Owen has built a huge presence across TikTok and social media while continuing to work as an electrician and grow his own business. The team discuss how that online following translates into real electrical work, dealing with trolls, creating content alongside a full working week and whether TikTok or Instagram is now the better platform for electricians looking to build their name.

The conversation then turns to the realities of going self employed and growing beyond a one man band. From taking on your first employee and choosing between an apprentice or experienced electrician to cash flow, reinvestment and learning to give up control, the team share their experiences of building businesses in the electrical industry.
